Jekaterina Govina, an independent member of the Management Board, is responsible for the development of new services and strategic partnerships, geographic expansion, development of financial technologies, as well as mentoring in the areas of personal data protection, risk management and the transfer of operational functions.

Andrius Merkelis, an independent member of the Board, is responsible for organising the implementation of measures to prevent money laundering and/or terrorist financing and for organising the implementation of ICT risk and resilience measures.
